1. Please first ensure that you have connected your modem correctly. This involves:

a) Connecting the modem to your computer via the supplied Ethernet cable. The LAN LNK light should be on. If the light does not come on, make sure your network port is enabled.

b) Connecting your phone line to the modem. The WAN LNK light should be on. This may take a minute once the cable is connected. If you have a phone connected to the same phone line, this phone should be connected via a micro filter.

2. Close any programs you have open.

1. Locate the Safari Icon in your Dock
   
   Open Safari
2. In the Address bar, type 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.
   
3. You will be prompted to enter the username and password to access the modem.
    
   Enter the username admin and the password password and click log in.
4. You will now be at the One Page Configuration.
   
   Enter your Username and Password, Slect the Wan Type as PPPoE LLC or PPPoA VC-MUX then click Submit. 
5. In the Left hand menu, Click Save Settings and Reboot.
